After School Clubs
Each child will receive a sports club letter to apply for the clubs they would like to participate in. These letters must be filled in correctly, signed by a parent/guardian and then returned to the front office. If your child has secured a place in their selected club, they will then receive a letter of acceptance. All pupils who have received a letter of acceptance must attend to all club sessions to remain a member of the club. The school must be notified if your child is unable to attend an afterschool club session. Those who were unable to secure a position in their selected club will be kept on a waiting list. Suitable clothing must be worn at all times to participate in an afterschool sports club.
Sport Fixtures & Events
If your child has been selected to participate in a sporting event, your child will receive a consent form. All consent forms must be signed by a parent/guardian before the day of the event to allow your child to attend. Suitable clothing must be worn at all times to participate in any sport fixtures and events.
